As a Solutions Engineer at Zello, you will utilize your extensive technical knowledge while working closely with our sales team to ensure productive customer interactions and satisfaction. By doing so, our enterprise-level clients will maximize the potential of our software solutions. You'll engage directly with top enterprise company leaders, showcasing your technology implementation and training expertise. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate the technical aspects of the sales process, drive implementation and onboarding, and provide initial technical support to both sales staff and customers.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts proficiently, bridging the gap between technical and sales teams by leading technical discussions with clients.
  • Offer expert advice on product capabilities by analyzing client use cases and building technical presentations that offer suitable solutions using Zello software and existing or new partner hardware.
  • Design scalable solutions and integration plans for complex IT environments. This may include analyzing risk factors and interpreting performance data to proactively recommend custom configurations and enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of Zello into clients' environments and monitor implementation success.
  • Troubleshooting the root cause of technical issues that arise during the sales and onboarding processes and working with internal and external teams on solutions
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on status updates and fixes for issues and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference. 

Requirements And Skills

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a solid background in sales and technology who thrives in customer-facing roles and provides effective solutions.
  • Ability to design, configure, and document scalable software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to design, build, and deliver engaging presentations that convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with pre-sales technical troubleshooting with technologies such as SSO, APIs, SDKs, user provisioning, MDMs, and radio gateways, as well as experience with hardware.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to prospect and client sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level software solutions.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
