Sale Director Position

This a remote Sale Director position. You will work along side and leading our team to help meet the needs of our clients. Leadership experience, training skills, and ability to lead by example required. This role is a transitional role in the beginning. As you learn the position you will also learn the sales side of our business so you can coach and mentor your team to learn how to succeed. ALL hires start with the basics and learn our sales process from start to finish, and from there when they are ready we help you grow into a director and owner from there.

No cold calling, our clients are actively shopping for our products and you get to work with real time transfers. As a broker, you will be able to shop around over 70 different carriers to find the best product for your client. There is no family we can't help!

Requirements

• Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed
