Position Summary:

​

An IT solution architect is responsible for defining the architecture of a specific solution, combining information from business, technical, and datasets and through ideation, design, and implementation to solve business needs and problems. This is a hybrid position, part time in office/part-time remote

​

Essential Functions:

​

· Maintain an advanced business and technical understanding of Microsoft products and workloads

​

· Assess customer IT environments (On-prem and Cloud) to help sales team evaluate IT products to meet customer needs

​

· Work with Sales team to provide technology solutions and develop statements of work

​

· Participate in customer calls to gather requirements, discuss, and present solutions

​

· Work with Sales\Internal teams to Identify opportunities for upgrades, cloud migrations, integration with 3rd party products

​

· Understand and clearly articulate value proposition of company products and services

​

· Update internal systems for timely reporting and planning

​

Required Qualifications (This should include any minimum education, work experience, knowledge, & skills necessary to perform the functions of the position):

​

· Completed Bachelor's degree or related work experience in Computer Science or related field

​

· Microsoft Windows, Sentinel, and Azure Experience and Certifications a plus!

​

· Minimum 3 year's experience in Microsoft technology\Infrastructure

​

· Minimum 2 year's technical experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud

​

· 5-7 years technical or IT management experience

​

· Executive level consultative and presentation skills are essential

​

· Strong Microsoft products knowledge

​

· Knowledgeable in IT Security products, communication, and authentication protocols

​

· Accustomed to working effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.

· Proven experience in selection\implementation of IT infrastructure products

​
