Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales at VOTEC Group. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing client accounts, and driving sales strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing the sales team's performance. While the role is located in New York, NY, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify sales opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Account Management: Experience in managing client accounts and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Sales Management: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Additionally, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional team
  • Knowledge of the SAP industry and enterprise technology solutions
  • Prior experience in the IT consulting or software industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
